Never had been to Worcester before and really had little sense of what I was doing or where I was going, but did have the names of two guys who attended WPtech, one of whom it turned out was the sound engineer for the show. I found my way there and without a ticket waited to get in. It was also the first time I taped a concert. I had just been to see the Stones at Madison Square Garden the week before and saw a guy walking around with a little mono tape recorder and that seemed quite doable. So I did it. I think it is the only tape of that show. The show was everything I had hoped it would be. The woman was and is magic and I was in her thrall. Not alone as there was quite a nice turnout in that huge gym. I felt very lucky. After the show I found my friends' friends and stayed with them and then hitchhiked back the next morning listening to my tape between rides. The whole experience was quite memorable.
