ON TAP TONIGHT: Jefferson Airplane, the best of the psychedelic group from the west coast, gleaning their imagery from everything from Alice in Wonderland to Joyce's Ulysses, plays one night only, in concert with Iron Butterfly at 6 and 11 p.m. in the Electric theater. And Theodore Bikel plays a folk concert in Ravinia park at 8:30 p.m. Joni Mitchell, ill with hepatitis in a Los Angeles hospital, will be unable to appear with Bikel as originally scheduled.
