Joni's comments from the StarArt book: "'London Cabbie' is done from a photograph I took from behind the glass that separates the passenger and the driver. So what you have is the street reflected in the back. At the time I was hung up on two worlds occupying the same space, which is everywhere in the modern world where you have glass or rear-view mirrors; it's two angles of the same environment which is 360º. So the idea of worlds occupying spaces and the cubistic element of photography started to grab me."
