I was a senior in high-school and me and 2 friends attended this press conference. We attended the same highschool Joni did - Aden Bowman. We sat in the front row and asked a couple of questions about her growing up in Saskatoon.
I gave her a beanie and a pennant from the school - she put the beanie on, waved the pennant and sang "a tisket, a tasket"!
She was really cool and asked us questions about what we were interested in.
