Joni Mitchell, Canadian-born singer-composer, will appear in a concert in The Auditorium North Hall at 8 tonight, fortified by a jazz-leaning quintet, Tom Scott and the LA Express. Bob Kelley, whose Mid-South Concerts Inc. is presenting Miss Mitchell, said this would be her first Memphis appearance. She is now on a two-month tour of the United States and Canada.
