Music of Joni by Hope College Folk Ensembles, Holland MI, Feb 17

The Hope College folk ensembles will present The Music of Joni Mitchell on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The public is invited. Admission is free.

The folk ensembles will be performing some of the most well-known compositions from Joni Mitchell, called “one of the greatest songwriters ever” by Rolling Stone magazine. The concert will feature student arrangements of Mitchell’s wide-ranging repertoire. The ensembles featured include the Indie Folk Ensemble, American Roots Ensemble, Appalachian String Band Ensemble, OTVD jazz ensemble and Brazilian Drumming Ensemble. More information here.
