Philadelphia Inquirer

Original article: PDF

Joni Mitchell, folk singer-composer, will appear in concert next Sunday, 8 P.M., at the Academy of Music. Jerry Jeff Walker will also be on the program.

Miss Mitchell, a native of Saskaboon [sic], Saskatchewan, writes songs about love or a country girl's cool-eyed view of urban life rather than tunes of political protest. Her "Both Sides Now" has been recorded by Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and Judy Collins.
