Joni Mitchell is one of the greatest and most influential singer/songwriters of the last 50 years. And in particular she owned the 1970s.

Eight studio albums in 10 years. A double live album too. Ladies of The Canyon, Blue, Court and Spark, Hissing of Summer Lawns and Hejira are all classic albums in their own right. All from the same towering talent. To talk us through some of Joni's greatest works and play some of the shining lights we welcome musician and regular RNZ Afternoons Music Critic, Dianne Swann.
