This image is a side profile caricature of Elvis Presley and has come up exclusively at auction with Julien's - Beverly Hills. It first came to auction in Julien's Icons And Idols 2014: Rock N' Roll. It then re-appeared in the Played, Worn, & Torn auction by Julien's in 2025, where it was acquired by the new owner, a collector of Joni Mitchell memorabilia. The image bleeds through both sides of the paper, as it was done with a green felt tip marker, and appears to be ripped out of a notepad, circa 1967-1969. Like many drawings from Joni's notepads of the time, it is unsigned.
