The Venue is pleased to present it's monthly Album Cover TRIBUTE series. This month we're featuring two albums, Blue and Mingus from JONI MITCHELL. Join us Sunday, May 8 at 7pm. Doors open 6pm.

On May 8th Album Covers will host a special evening honoring the genius of Joni Mitchell. Blue and Mingus will be played in their entirety with an incredible ensemble of musicians. “We’ve really got some special people coming in for these shows", says Scott Tipping, Music Curator for the Venue. "Mary Lou O’Brien will be singing and playing piano on Blue. Typhanie Monique will be singing Mingus. These are two of my favorite musicians and two of my favorite people. It’s an honor to have such a show come together,” says Tipping.

The evening will showcase the diverse styles that Joni crafted throughout the years. From the stripped down folk stylings of Blue to the jazz of Mingus, there will be a lot of great music for everyone in attendance. More information here.
